Membership

Membership classes are held four times a year for those who are interested in joining the Elkton UMC family.  The classes take place on a Sunday afternoon after worship, for approximately two hours.  They include an orientation to United Methodism, to Elkton UMC in particular, and discussion about what it means to be a disciple of Christ and a member of this church.  The next New Member class will take place on Sunday, February 12th at 12:15 p.m. in Weldin Hall.  To register for the class, please email eumc@comcast.net or call the church office at 410-398-0933.  The class time includes a light lunch, and childcare is available if needed.

Youth Confirmation Class - Youth 7th grade and older are eligible to take place in our youth confirmation class (which is the path for young people to join the church).  Mrs. Sandy Wherry, our Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministries, and Rev. Brett Pinder, our Associate Pastor, will lead the class this spring.  Rev.
